Hello, my name is Sarah Frelly. I am a Certified Flight Instructor & Certified Flight Instrument Instructor. I
completed all of my flight training and earned my certificates and ratings in Central Oregon.
Originally from Boise, Idaho, I am a first-generation pilot that discovered my passion for aviation
through a discovery flight as a teenager.
I truly enjoy sharing my passion for aviation and helping students build strong fundamentals,
confidence, and safe decision-making skills. As an instructor at Dungeness Aircraft Services, my
goal is to create a positive, supportive learning environment that sets students up for long-term
success in aviation. When I’m not flying, you will usually find me spending time outdoors,
cooking, baking, or relaxing with a good book.

Cessna 172P Rental
“Pay as you go” Rate is $175 per hr/Wet. (Billed after flight or weekly)
“Block/Prepay” Rate is $170 per hr/Wet. (Pre-paid Min $1500)
“Flight/Ground Instruction” Rate is $60/hr.
Aircraft Annuals, Maintenance, & Upgrades
Dungeness Aircraft Service provides aircraft services out of the large aircraft hangar next to the fuel pumps on the W28 airport. While we are currently at capacity, serving our existing customer base, we are available for emergency on airport assistance. FBO Facility
We are working to bring new facilities to Sequim Valley Airport. We are in the final stages of building a new FBO into the existing hangar, providing bathrooms, reception area, pilot lounge, and office space.
